Susan Sperry is the Regional Director, Greater Chicago Area at World Relief in the western suburbs of Chicago, an organization that provides vital services and partners with churches to help create welcoming communities where refugees and immigrants can thrive. She believes that positive social change can emerge out of the intersection of design, leadership, and people development, and enjoys coaching leaders and teams as they navigate the human side of change.
Susan has served at World Relief since 2001, mobilizing hundreds of volunteers and churches to engage in local ministry and overseeing the resettlement of thousands of refugees in Chicago’s western suburbs. She has her MS in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, and her undergraduate degree from Wheaton College. Susan is an active member of New Community Covenant Church-Bronzeville in Chicago.
